We offer a comprehensive FREE 8 week training programme led by experienced coaches, including nutrition advice and tailored training plans leading to fight night!

There are no requirements to sign up for a boxing event with Colosseum Boxing. As part of your experience with us we run an 8-week training camp, focusing on technique, sparring and conditioning so we can help you feel as best prepared as possible.

If you have any health conditions or concerns, these will need to be declared before starting your training programme.

We run 4 sessions per week for 8 weeks leading to the fight. The sessions will focus on different areas of boxing and will also include sparring.

Fights are matched based on weight and experience. The bouts will be fairly matched by our team to ensure the safety of all boxers.
